EWSHOT VILLAGE HALL

Ewshot Village Hall is a traditional village Hall, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and up-to-date facilities.  It is the ideal venue for dances, parties, meetings, classes, lectures, shows, functions and celebrations of all kinds.

The Fee will cover full use of the village hall building, including gas, electricity and kitchen facilities. There is a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery for approximately 45 people. Additional cutlery and a full set of checked table cloths are available for hire. Contact the Booking Secretary (see below). The Hire Charges should be read in conjunction with the ‘Conditions of Hire’.

The hall is licensed for up to 120 people. About 70 people can be seated comfortably around tables.

Adjacent is the children’s play area and ample car parking.


Hire charges

Occasional Hire (excluding Friday and Saturday evenings)
Villagers: (Current £9 per hour) - From 1/4/2012: £10 per hour
Non villagers: (Current £16 per hour) - From 1/4/2012: £17 per hour

Occasional Hire (Friday and Saturday evenings)
Villagers: (Current £55 per evening) - From 1/4/2012: £60 per evening
Non villagers: (Current £85 per evening) - From 1/4/2012: £90 per evening

Regular Hire
Villagers: (Current £5 per hour) - From 1/4/2012: £6 per hour
Non villagers: (Current £7 per hour) - From 1/4/2012: £8 per hour
